3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and documents—is the property of Sakuliwo or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sakuliwo provides services "as is" without warranty. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.
5. Client Confidentiality

6. Fee & Payment
Fees are as quoted in engagement letters or invoices. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payment may incur interest charges as agreed.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Upon termination, all work product and materials remain subject to confidentiality obligations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Malaysian jurisdiction.
